Madmule Run Club is a coached session to improve speed, endurance, athletic mindset and technique for anyone aspiring to improve their running ability.

Mobility exercises for improved endurance and speed.

Dynamic run drills for better coordination and flow.

Skills to enhance breath and mental strength.

Interval sets to boost fitness.

A watchful eye throughout that presents individual needs.

Meeting Mondays at 7pm.

Location in Poole varies depending on the session plan.

All group members informed with a 4 week forecast.

Regular exercise and training knowledge sheets delivered.

By the boating lake, Poole Park.

All group members signup for 6 sessions at a time.
