The amount of training sessions are agreed in your initial phone consultation.
Personal screening forms are completed prior to the first practical sessions.

Training plans are developed around your fitness and goals.

## For clinical nutrition assessments, our clients work with a qualified dietician. Nutrition guidelines are developed and supported on an individual basis.

TRAINING PLANS
WITH PT

3 training sessions plus a 6 week training plan and weekly catch up on the phone  

- £150

It's a positive step to refresh the plan and get help to spring it into action. A popular choice for the more experienced athlete who wants to brush up on specific skills, have direct input into their training schedule and gets excited with the prospect of being accountable

Personal screening forms will be received and are to be completed before the first session
note: Sessions completed from an outdoor location and/ or private training studio in Parkstone. Madmule provides all equipment for outdoor sessions.

Studio sessions have a surcharge of £10 per visit.

Example of how session could be structured:

Session 1 - Having collected all history and understood your ambitions, complete a practical session to confirm what conditioning and schedule will be best suited.

Session 2 - After receiving your plan, follow up with a session to learn new skills relevant to improving performance. Carry on applying the session plans agreed with weekly support.

Session 3 - Complete further progressions and together, demonstrate the gains achieved during this 6 week plan.

TRAIL RUNNING SESSIONS

Are you moving off the road and onto the trails and steep hills?


Madmule can train you to adapt, preparing the body and the mind for the trail sessions. 

* Individual or group workshops
 

* Tailored specifically to you or your group's objectives
 

* 1/2 day, full day and night time training options
 

* All sessions take place on either the trails of the Purbecks, Studland heath, or the stunning and technical Jurassic coast. 


Packages can be arranged for a unique 1-3 day endurance training weekend adventure.
