The amount of training sessions are agreed in your initial phone consultation.
Personal screening forms are completed prior to the first practical sessions.
Training plans are developed around your fitness and goals.
#Studio sessions have a surcharge of £10 per visit.
## For clinical nutrition assessments, our clients work with a qualified dietician. Nutrition guidelines are developed and supported on an individual basis.

Are you moving off the road and onto the trails and steep hills?
Madmule can train you to adapt, preparing the body and the mind for the trail sessions.
* Individual or group workshops
* Tailored specifically to you or your group's objectives
* 1/2 day, full day and night time training options
* All sessions take place on either the trails of the Purbecks, Studland heath, or the stunning and technical Jurassic coast.
Packages can be arranged for a unique 1-3 day endurance training weekend adventure.
