Breathe new life into your outdoor training experience with our "shuttle" based classes.
You will mix up conditioning moves using kettlebells, battle ropes, bodyweight and suspension trainers with walking/ running/ sprinting shuttles throughout for an all inclusive, heart raising, muscle tensing workout.

Do I have to use the sessions at a specific class?
No. You can attend any Madmule class once you have invested.
Will I forfeit a session if I can't attend?
No. The nature of life dictates that being consistent with attendance is unrealistic. We ask that if you miss a planned session that you keep active in between.
Do you have a referral scheme?
Yes. Any referrals that sign up to pay, and we will credit your block with 2 free sessions.
Is it ok to attend one class a week and go to other training elsewhere to achieve my goals?
Yes. We encourage and help motivate all our clients to complete the training that helps them achieve their personal objectives.
