Originally, I started with 7pfitness. The 7p's are from my time in the Royal Marines. Prior Planning Preparation Prevents P*** Poor Performance. I transformed this to Prior Planning Preparation Promotes Peak Physical Performance when I started working closely with professional tennis.
It's ongoing. Always learning. Most of the time, maintaining rather than developing.
Maintaining is under rated in this fast paced world. The same is true with fitness. The curve of progression requires periods of time spent maintaining and consolidating(recovering) before another purge to improve. Whether that's 1 day or several. My best gains have come from long term frequency. Never blowing the candle out and aware always how much of it is left to burn.
